Frozen Daiquiri cocktails are a great choice when the hot weather kicks in, and now we've remixed this easy recipe to feature your favourite spirit - gin. Try this delicious summer cocktail when you need an ice-cold boozy treat - it’s sort of like a posh, boozy slushie!
Frozen Gin & Strawberry Daiquiri
250g strawberries, hulled
100g crushed ice, plus more if you like a thicker blended drink
Juice of half a lime
Combine all your ingredients in a blender and whizz. For a sweeter drink, you could add 15ml of simple syrup before blending, but the sweetness of the strawberries should be sufficient. Pour into a glass and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a strawberry and a slice of lime.
