This easy summer cocktail recipe is an ideal treat on a hot sunny summer's day. Cool down with this tasty goodness that combines rosé, and gin. Does it get any better than a boozy slushie? Not really!
We’re a big fan of frozen cocktails, and this one is fruity, simple, and fabulous. The floral tones form the delicate elderflower syrup and the zing from the lemon juice is mouth-watering.
This will be a summer cocktail recipe you revisit time and time again. And combining rosé with gin is as delicious as you’d expect. Get your blender at the ready…
Frosé Cocktail
90ml sparkling rosé wine
50ml gin
20ml elderflower syrup
20ml fresh lemon juice
6 strawberries, quartered
Add all the ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until the ice is crushed. Pour into your chosen glasses and garnish with a strawberry. Et voila!
