This fruity, simple cocktail recipe works really well with dry gin, but if you adore the sweetness of apricot and want to dial up the citrus flavour, why not use the Three Wrens Blood Orange and Apricot Gin instead? Peach, gin and apricot fizz
50ml gin (or try this apricot gin for more of a citrus hit)
20ml peach juice
2 fresh apricots, pitted
Soda water, to top up
Ice
Strawberries, apricot slices and fresh flowers to garnish
Pour your gin, peach juice and ice into a copa glass. Next, slice your pitted apricots and muddle together. Top up with soda water and garnish with slices of strawberries and perhaps a fresh flower or two.
