Invented in the early 1900s at Raffles Hotel in Singapore, there are countless variations on this classic gin drink! This recipe resembles the original version served up over a hundred years ago.
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into and Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry to serve.
15ml cherry brandy
120ml pineapple juice
15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
7.5ml triple sec
7.5ml Benedictine D.O.M. liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
Slice of pineapple and cherry, to garnish
