Created in the mid-80s, the Bramble is a refreshingly simple tipple. The blending of sweet, sour and boozy flavours gives the drink an unrivalled balance. And with its super-straightforward recipe, it's one that’s easy to memorise!
In a shaker packed with ice, shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle liqueur over ice. Garnish with lemon and blackberries to serve.
- 60ml dry gin
- 30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur)
