One of our favourite gin cocktails, the gorgeously refreshing and bubbly French 75. The drink is said to be named after a 75mm gun used in the first World War; it has such a kick, that it was once said it felt like being hit by the weapon!
This is one of Hernö Gin's (our July 2015 Gin of the Month) favourites too, and we can confirm this recipe works beautifully with the gin.
