The beautiful mix of lemon verbena, juniper, orange and lemon tones in Mad Owl Special Edition Gin are the perfect match for the delightfully bittersweet Lixir Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water. Together, they make for a deliciously complex, citrus-forward G&T that’s a gorgeous pink colour.
Topped off with a warming spiced garnish duo of cinnamon and grapefruit slices, it’s the ideal tipple for cosying up with on the sofa!
The Perfect Mad Owl Special Edition Gin & Tonic Recipe:
50ml Mad Owl Special Edition Gin
200ml Lixir Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water
Cinnamon and grapefruit, to garnish
Add a generous portion of ice to your favourite tumbler, highball or copa glass. Add your gin, tonic and garnish. Stir gently and enjoy.
