Distilled in North Zealand, Denmark, this wonderful craft gin was created exclusively for Craft Gin Club members by the incredible three-man team of passionate artisans at Thornæs Distillery. It’s brimming with sumptuous, complex citrus notes that are sure to impress even the most discerning gin fans.
For November we travelled to the Danish Riviera and came back with a beautiful, bright, citrus-forward expression. The fresh citrus peels give a zesty flavour on the palate before revealing bold aromatic notes as the expression opens up. It’s a warming and delightfully put-together gin that’s perfect for the darker evenings as the month unrolls!

Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water and Ginger Beer

Craft Gin Club’s November 2021 Perfect G&T:
A gorgeous mix of Mad Owl Special Edition Gin and Lixir Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water, this stunning pink G&T tastes just as beautiful as it looks.
The lemon, orange and lemon verbena notes of the gin, along with its rich juniper base, are complemented by the delightfully bittersweet pink grapefruit and subtle quinine profile of the tonic water. The garnish duo of cinnamon and grapefruit then add a touch of autumnal spice that is both warming and refreshing. Yum!

Gin & Stormy cocktail syrup and Grapefruit & Cinnamon garnishes
Each month, Craft Gin Club members receive carefully selected garnishes and a bespoke cocktail syrup in their Gin of the Month box so that they can create our monthly Perfect G&T and Cocktail of the Month.
To create our November 2021 Perfect G&T, members can find cinnamon sticks and dried grapefruit slices in their November box. Bittersweet citrus and cinnamon spice are fantastic with Mad Owl Special Edition Gin.
To create our Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club’s Gin & Stormy, members can find our Gin & Stormy cocktail syrup. Sweet and aromatic, it is a fabulous cocktail ingredient!
