Pumpkin is one of autumn’s most beautiful gifts, providing a wealth of delicious treats for our table, from risotto and roasts to bowls of delicious, comforting soup. Of course, we all also love the humble pumpkin for the fabulous Halloween jack o’lanterns that adorn our doorsteps and windowsills every October, too - in fact, you can win FREE gin if you get involved in our Craft Gin Club pumpkin carving competition!

However, amid the worrying news that some 18,000 tonnes of Halloween carved pumpkins will get thrown out and wasted this year, it’s time to creative and put that yummy squash to good use - and what better use could there be than in a sensational gin cocktail?!

Here are three of our favourite pumpkin cocktail recipes you can try at home - they’re all really easy to do and make for a delicious, cosy autumn treat!
