We like to break the rules here at Craft Gin Club so we have created a sparkling pineapple cocktail to sip on in the middle of autumn! Because, why not?! However, with the addition of the bitter, and warm undertones of Angostura Bitters in this creation, one could argue it is a cocktail for all seasons! Whether you’re a summer, spring, autumn or winter baby, we think you’ll adore this!
Pink Pineapple Fizz
Ingredients
1 piece of pineapple
50ml gin
5ml Angostura Bitters
5ml simple syrup
5ml Maraschino liqueur
25ml sparkling wine
Method
Add your pineapple to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add your gin, bitters, simple syrup and maraschino liqueur to a cocktail shaker. Pile with crushed ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe or Martini glass and top up with champagne or sparkling wine.
