Creating classic cocktails like a Tom Collins or a Greyhound cocktail has never been easier than with these incredible 3-ingredient recipes that are brimming with flavour. What’s the secret? That’s easy, it’s Two Keys, the company making marvellous mixers that no gin bar should be without.

James Simpson and Jack Herlihy set out to create Two Keys because they wanted to make mixers that were new, natural and intoxicatingly exciting. By harnessing the wild flavours of natural ingredients, they are able to create exquisite drinks that unlock fresh flavours in craft gins - including their Lemon Mixer, which we sent to our lucky members in their November 2020 Gin of the Month box and which is a key ingredient in our November 2020 Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club’s Savanna Spritz.

Give their mixers a go in these three fabulous cocktails!

Two Keys Greyhound

Traditionally made with just grapefruit juice, gin (or vodka) and garnished simply with lemon or orange slices, the Greyhound is a cocktail that relies on the quality of its ingredients. Lucky, Two Keys Pink Grapefruit Mixer does not fall short. It’s made with only the finest Andalusian pink grapefruit juice which gives the cocktail a true and utterly delicious grapefruit flavour that works so well with gin and a little sprig of rosemary.

Two Keys G & Tea

A fun twist on the classic G&T, this cocktail recipe swaps traditional tonic waters for Two Keys Black Tea Mixer. This delectable cold brew gets it’s aromatic tea notes come from a range of remarkable leaves, including Indian Assam, Chinese Lapsang Souchong and Sri Lankan Ceylon. That fabulous combination creates a bold and smooth tipple that perfect for pairing with the rich juniper and citrus notes of a good London Dry Gin, as you will discover when you give this easy recipe a go!

Two Keys Tom Collins

Usually made with gin, lemon juice, sugar and carbonated water, the traditional Tom Collins is a classic. This recipe shortens the ingredient list without sacrificing any of those beautiful citrus and gin flavours. It’s able to do that because of Two Keys Lemon Mixer. Made with fresh lemon juice from lemons grown in the Mercia region of Spain, it’s a perfectly-balanced drink that allows you to pour a beautiful cocktail in seconds.
