Pienaar & Son Orient Gin, our November 2020 Gin of the Month, is a vibrant ode to the colourful Bo-Kaap area of South Africa’s capital city, Cape Town. Inspire by its brilliant flavours, Maria, Craft Gin Club’s very own mixologist, has created a fantastic Cocktail of the Month that our lucky members can create using amazing ingredients from their November 2020 Gin of the Month box.
This wonderful cocktail recipe mixes the bold tangerine orange and warm spice flavours of Pienaar & Son Orient Gin with the punchy yet well-balanced lemon tones of Two Keys Lemon Mixer and the complex spice, fruit and citrus notes of our bespoke Savanna Spitz cocktail syrup. The garnish of fresh lemon slices and rosemary then bring out some seriously sumptuous herb and citrus notes that make this one lip-smackingly divine tipple!
Craft Gin Club’s Savanna Spritz
Ingredients
50ml Pienaar & Son Orient Gin
25ml Savanna Spritz cocktail syrup
100ml Two Keys Lemon Mixer, to top up
Lemon and rosemary, to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add your first three ingredients, stir gently and garnish to serve.
