If there’s one thing most Craft Gin Clubbers have in common, it’s their love of Tarquin’s gin. Chances are, if you’ve been lucky enough to sip a G&T made with any Tarquin’s gin, you’re firmly in the ‘team Tarquin’s’ camp. We certainly are - and first featured Tarquin’s in our Gin of the Month box back in April 2016. And it’s been a ginny love affair ever since…

At this time of year all we want to is curl up and hibernate with a festive G&T (the Tarquin’s Cornish Christmas Gin will do nicely!) - and if that sounds like you, then we’ve got some exciting Christmas cheer to share… (and psst - it’d make the perfect Christmas gin gift!)

You could win a pair of tickets to one of the UK’s finest craft distilleries: Tarquin’s Distillery in the Cornwall. The lucky winners will be treated to a gin tour around Tarquin’s Distillery, nestled on a windswept hilltop overlooking the Wild Cornish Coast.

It’ll be an intimate behind-the-scenes tour including a welcome G&T, the history of Tarquin's, a botanical masterclass, a walking tour and complimentary tutor tasting! Better still, there’s 5 pairs of tickets up for grabs - and all you have to do is purchase a bottle of Tarquin's Cornish Christmas Gin (that’s been crafted exclusively as a tiny batch of 300 bottles us) on our online shop before the 19th December, to be in with a chance! Our founders Jon and John worked closely with Head Distiller Tarquin to develop this gin just for Craft Gin Club members. Inspired by the classic Christmas dessert, figgy pudding, this stunning festive craft gin infuses their signature Tarquin’s Cornish Dry Gin expression with spices, clementine, dried figs and brandy-soaked cherry wood chips that have been scotched to give the gin an inviting, smoky warmth. What does Tarquin’s Figgy Pudding Gin taste like?

The nose is full of sweet, warm winter spice and fruit notes, all of which are joined by a deep, complex juniper base on the palate. There, you can also find bright touches of orange citrus and a delicate smokiness that lasts long into the aromatic finish.

What should you serve Tarquin’s Figgy Pudding Gin with?
For the perfect G&T, try serving with a premium ginger ale or light tonic water and garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
