February’s Gin of the Month, the beautiful Naud Gin, has proved to be the ideal spirit for our love-inspired cocktails this month. The Et Voilà! is no exception, turning a pretty pink hue with the inclusion of Pinthiers Pineau bitters (or Angostura Bitters) this little stunner is a love affair in a glass!
20ml Naud Gin
30ml Pinthiers Pineau des Charentes or 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemonade, to top up
Half a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary, to garnish
Pack a cocktail shaker with ice and add your gin and Pinthiers Pinaus or bitters. Shake and strain into a wine glass. Top up with lemonade and garnish to serve.
