Craft Gin Club members are set to fall head over heels this February, thanks to this beautiful gin from Cognac in southwestern France. When we first tried Naud Gin, we knew right away that it was every inch as special as its acronym (Noble And Unusual Distillery) suggests! Say bonjour to February’s very special Gin of the Month!

Tasting Notes
The scents of lime and freshly picked flowers radiate on the nose. The palate is lively and powerful, carried by citrus, menthol and the spice of cinnamon, cubeb and cardamom. The pine of juniper is followed by bergamot.
Suggested Garnishes
February Gin of the Month box comes with everything needed to make a perfect G&T using Naud. Other garnishes you could try include a slice of lime, thyme flowers and seasonal herbs like rosemary or a few juniper berries.
