Pink gin, oh who doesn’t love a glass of pretty hued tipple! Use this quick and easy recipe to make your very own raspberry-infused gin home!
Pour 200g of raspberry, 100g suger and 70cl of gin into an airtight jar, close and shake well. Store in a cool, dark place for two week. Strain using a sieve or muslin cloth.
200g Fresh Raspberries
Fill a glass with ice and add your gin. Pour in the tonic and garnish with raspberries
50ml Raspberry gin
