This mix of London dry gin, Thatchers Cloudy Lemon Cider and Cointreau could be our new favourite summer cocktail recipe. Citrusy, bright, rich, bitter and sweet in perfect harmony, it’s full of the joys of the season. What’s more, it couldn’t be easier to make at home…

The core of this summer cocktail recipe is Thatchers Cloudy Lemon Cider. Just like all of Thatchers Ciders, Cloudy Lemon is made on Myrtle Farm in Somerset and it’s bursting with delicious apple flavours from Braeburn, Red Spur and Gala apples, and a refreshing zing from the juice of real lemons.

Those apple and lemon notes are fantastic partners to the rich juniper, citrus, herb and spice of the London dry gin in this cocktail.

The Cointreau then brings its own mix of bitter and sweet orange flavours that add to the cocktail’s layers of citrusy, fruity flavours.

It has to be one of the best Thatchers Cider cocktail recipes, up there with the Marmalade G&C and the Thatchers Gin Sunrise.
