One of our favourite gin distillers is now making RUM! (And we LOVE it)

Here at Craft Gin Club, we’re all about the spirit of discovery. Like our members, we are all ears when exciting new launches arise and we love trying out drinks that push the spirit boundaries!

So, it would be an understatement to say we were excited when we found out one of our most-loved gin producers has launched their very own craft rum, under the name of Twin Fin.

Tarquin’s has remained one of the most-loved members of our Family of Distillers, ever since first featuring as our Gin of the Month back in April 2016 - and then again at Christmas a few years later!

We know the craft process well - the journey takes time and meticulous thought, but is always worth the wait. And when the maverick Master Distiller Tarquin Leadbetter creates something, it often turns to gold!

So here’s what you need to know about Tarquin’s new rum venture: inspired by the coasts of Cornwall and the Caribbean, it’s the result of two years of creative experimentation in the making.

With inspiration like that, we just had to try it! And boy, did we put the rum through its paces — it went through the same rigorous tasting process as each and every single one of our craft gins that we showcase on our shop and in our Gin of the Month boxes.

(And yes, it provided many a fun afternoon at Craft Gin Club HQ - cheers, Twin Fin!)

The result? A beautiful, bold collection of exotic rums, full of refreshing flavours.

The four rum flavours are simply mouthwatering - (but then we expected no less from Tarquin’s) with a Twin Fin Coconut and Lychee Rum, Twin Fin Pink Pineapple and Grapefruit Rum, Twin Fin Spiced Golden Rum and Twin Fin Barrel-aged Rum.

Whether you want something tropical with a lovely hint of sweetness, or a classic rum to make a gorgeous summer cocktail, Twin Fin will definitely take you on a taste adventure.

And similarly to the good-looking Tarquin’s Gin bottles we know and love, Twin Fin rum bottles follow in their pretty footsteps, with bright, chic bottles we know will look the part next to your favourite craft gin.

The good news? We loved them so much that we just had to stock them at our Craft Gin Club online shop. And as we love bringing gin and more to your door, we knew Twin Fin was the perfect addition to our offering!
