As crisp as a day on the slopes, the January edition of Craft Gin Club’s Perfect Gin and Tonic combines the pine, citrus notes of Altitude Gin, our Gin of the Month, with the fresh, crystal clear Tassoni Tonica Superfine tonic water! As always, also we have sent our members the exact garnish in their Gin of the Month box to complete this breathtaking G&T: dried lemon wheels and cinnamon sticks.

50ml Altitude Gin
180ml Tassoni Tonica Superfine
Cinnamon sticks and dried lemon wheels, to garnish
Fill a copa glass with ice. Pour over your gin and top up with the tonic. Garnish and serve, as chilled as the snowy peaks of Chamonix!
