Every month we send our members everything they need to make our exclusive Cocktail of the Month! Just add a couple of ingredients from the corner shop and you’re good to go.
Whether you’re fresh off the snowy slopes or in from the icy streets, this cocktail will instantly banish the January chill. A warming mix of gin, apple juice, citrus and spice, preparing this cosy cocktail is the work of mere moments – meaning more time to curl up by the open fire and watch the snow falling outside!
The Alpinist
120ml Pago Apple Juice
40ml Altitude Gin
20ml Alpinist Cocktail Syrup
15ml lemon juice
Orange wedge, to squeeze and garnish
Cinnamon sticks and lemon, to garnish
Put your apple juice into a mug and microwave, or heat gently in a saucepan, until hot and steaming. Off the heat, add the gin, syrup and lemon juice. Stir vigorously until combined. Squeeze the juice from your wedge of orange into your drink and drop in the peel.
