Each month, we send our members everything they need to make an amazing new cocktail in their Gin of the Month box, and this month’s cocktail has to be one of our favourites!
With Ludlow Elderflower, Chamomile and Lemon Verbena Gin at its core, our bright and floral March 2020 Cocktail of the Month is a great way to bring spring into your life at any time of the year. And it couldn’t be easier to make - all you’ll need is a single store-cupboard ingredient to bring spring into your life a little early!
Spring Sling
50ml Ludlow Elderflower, Chamomile and Lemon Verbena Gin
15ml Spring Sling Syrup
25ml lemon juice
Flawsome! Apple and Rhubarb, to top up
a sprig of rosemary, to garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and then add your gin, syrup and lemon juice. Shake well and then strain your ingredients into a Collins glass filled with ice and top up with Flawsome! Apple and Rhubarb. Garnish and serve.
