If you have never tried gin and rosé wine before then this recipe is the perfect place to start! Combining the two with passionfruit liqueur and Schweppes Pink Soda, it is so bright and fruity and fizzy and refreshing.

It’s perfect for a summer brunch and it’s just as good at any other time too.

Here, the gin acts as a rich, complex base for the rest of the flavours and ingredients to leap from. We recommend using London dry gin for its complex mix of bitter, citrus, spice and herb tones that serve to enrich the whole cocktail.

For the Rosé, you can use whichever wine you love most. However, we suggest trying a drier, crisper edition to contrast the sweet passionfruit syrup and the depth of the gin.

The passionfruit syrup adds a fun, fruity sweetness to the cocktail that is sure to have you falling in love with the tipple from the very first sip.

Last but certainly not least, the Schweppes Pink Soda provides the perfect canvas for all of these flavours and textures to sing from while bringing its own subtle, citrusy and aromatic notes to the party.

You may not know this, but Schweppes was founded over 200 years ago! And all of that experience goes into every mixer and soft drink they make. One sip of their Pink Soda and you will want to start using it in more than this cocktails, trust us!

And if this cocktails has peaked your fancy then you need to give more Schweppes cocktails a go too. You can find some amazing recipes here!
