This month, as we do every month, we are sending our wonderful members everything they need to make our specially curated Perfect G&T. Using ingredients from their April 2020 Gin of the Month box they can quickly whip up this remarkable gin and tonic in no time at all.
The pairing of our April 2020 Gin of the Month, Perfume Trees Gin, with The London Essence Company’s citrus forward Original Indian Tonic Water is a sensory experience that is truly international!
The gin itself offers an array of floral notes that transport the drinker to Hong Kong’s fragrant streets. The tonic then lifts the palette with its citrus forward profile and distilled essence of juniper core. The dried kumquat adds a unique tangy twist that is such a rare treat. Enjoy!

200ml London Essence Co. Original Indian Tonic
Dried kumquat, to garnish (available on our members’ store)
Pack a glass full of ice and add your gin. Top up with tonic, garnish and serve.
