Named Noël 75, it’s a sophisticated mix of Graveney Festive Fayre Gin (Craft Gin Club’s December 2022 Gin of the Month!), prosecco, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. We can’t wait for you to give it a go!
The key to this festive cocktail recipe is the gin at its merry heart.
Graveney Festive Fayre Gin is a beautiful craft gin from the Graveney Gin distillery. Inspired by Tooting Market, the home of the Graveney Gin Cocktail Bar & Bottle Shop, which always fills with festive foods and carollers over the Christmas and New Year’s period, it has a wonderful flavour profile that includes touches of cranberry, clementine and winter spice, all atop a rich base of juniper.
It works so well with the fragrant and sweet St-Germain elderflower liqueur in this recipe. The lemon juice then brightens everything with its bright, citrus tones.
Topped with vibrant, crisp and bubbly prosecco, it makes for the perfect serve for Christmas morning or New Year’s Eve.
Noël 75
25ml Graveney Festive Fayre Gin
25ml St-Germain liqueur
25ml lemon juice
Sparkling wine, to top up
Add your gin, liqueur and lemon juice to a mixing glass with ice. Stir well to chill and strain into a Champagne flute. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish to serve.
