Ingredients:
50ml gin…………£1.05
30ml Ribena cordial……..£0.09
30ml lemon juice………£0.21
1 x egg white……..£0.06

Method:
Add all ingredients to your shaker, and dry shake (without ice) Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!


Earl Grey Sour - £1.45

Ingredients:
50ml gin………£1.05
20ml lemon juice……..£0.14
1 x egg white……….£0.15
20ml Earl Grey Syrup*……..£0.06
Garnish………£0.05

Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) Add ice and shake again. Strain into a pretty tea cup and garnish with a lemon twist.

*To make your Earl Grey syrup, add equal parts sugar and water to a small saucepan over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Do not microwave! Add an Earl Grey teabag for every 100ml of syrup and simmer. Leave to cool for a couple of hours and keep in an airtight bottle or container. Will last in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Ingredients:

50ml gin……….£1.05
2tsp apricot jam……….£0.10
15ml runny honey………£0.12
20ml lemon juice………£0.12
50ml tinned peach……….£0.13
1 x egg white……….£0.15
garnish……….£0.01

Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) Add ice and shake again. Strain into a pretty tea cup and garnish with a large mint leaf.
