Frosé (frozen rosé) is proving to be one of the most popular summer drinks this year. But how do you make the coolest drink of summer 2019 even more cooler? By adding gin to it of course! This simple recipe is perfect for entertaining guests or if you have any left over rosé from the night before (doubtful) - a great way to use it up!

Gin and Frosé

Ingredients:
Serves 2
200ml rosé
100ml gin
20ml simple syrup
20ml lemon juice
red grapefruit juice to top up

Method:
Pour your rosé into a container or ice cube tray and place in the freezer overnight or until it’s the consistency of a slushy. Add to a blender with gin, simple syrup and lemon juice and blend. Pour into chilled coupe glasses and top up with red grapefruit juice.
