In run up to the eagerly anticipated Royal Wedding, we have created three commerative gin cocktails! Based on the flavours of the actual wedding cake: Lemon and elderflower (which, convieniently, go very well with gin!) the first in our series is the beautiful Green Queen!
The Green Queen
- Roughly chop 2 cucumbers and blend in a food processor with elderflower cordial.
- Press through a sieve into a large pitcher pressing down hard on the pulp - discard any remaining pulp.
- Add gin and chill for an hour.
- Fill 6 tumblers with ice and pour in the cocktails, garnish with a slither of cucumber.
