Hibiscus Sour gin cocktail recipe

60ml Trading Tides Coastal Dry Gin
15ml Hibiscus Syrup (available to buy online)
20ml lemon or lime juice
Lime or grapefruit peel, to garnish

Add the gin, syrup and citrus juice to a stirring glass or shaker with lots of ice and stir well. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish and enjoy!
