Created just for Craft Gin Club members by our resident gin expert using our July Gin of the Month, Theodore Pictish Gin, this tipple is a happy coupling of the wild botanicals in this unique Scottish gin, the bitter-sweet flavours of 3/4oz Spritz Syrup and grapefruit, while the addition of sparkling wine (or soda) ensures this Highland Fling really ‘dances’ across your tastebuds. Enjoy!
50ml Theodore Pictish Gin
20ml Spritz Syrup
Sparkling wine or soda water, to top up
Grapefruit slice, to garnish
Combine your Theodore Pictish Gin and ¾ oz. Spritz Syrup in a glass with ice. Top up with soda or sparkling wine, and stir well. Garnish and serve.
