A luxurious mix of Grand Marnier, ginger liqueur, gin, orange juice and clove, this Christmassy tipple is rich and zesty and brimming with amazing spice notes that are full of festive spirit.

Winter Spice
Ingredients
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin The Cloudy Christmas Gin
25ml orange juice
15ml Grand Marnier
7.5ml ginger liqueur
1 clove
Orange peel, to garnish
Method
Muddle the clove at the base of a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all your liquid ingredients to the shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish and serve.
