The experts at Craft Gin Club have used ingredients from our December 2021 Gin of the Month box to create this beautiful G&T recipe. The combination of Kirkjuvagr Yuletide Gin’s Christmassy palate with the refreshing citrus and fragrant spice tones of London Essence Pomelo & Pink Peppercorn Tonic is simply divine.
Finished with orange slices and redcurrants, there’s nothing we’d rather be sipping through December and beyond. It’s a wonderful Christmas treat!!

50ml Kirkjuvagr Yuletide Gin by The Orkney Distillery
200ml London Essence Pomelo & Pink Pepper Tonic
Orange and redcurrants, to garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Add your gin, top up with tonic and garnish to serve.
