Searching for the perfect Christmas cocktail? Look no further than Craft Gin Club’s Fireside Fizz. Created by Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist, Maria Vieira, and inspired by cosy Christmas nights in by the fire, it’s one sumptuous festive treat.
Made by simply combining The Orkney Distillery’s Kirkjuvagr Yuletide Gin, Craft Gin Club’s December 2021 Gin of the Month, with the fizzy, pomegranate-flavoured Bibite Polara Melograno and our bespoke Fireside Fizz cocktail syrup in a champagne flute, this cocktail is easy to make and oh-so-delicious.

Craft Gin Club’s Fireside Fizz
45ml Kirkjuvagr Yuletide Gin by The Orkney Distillery
25ml Fireside Fizz cocktail syrup
100ml Bibite Polara Melograno, chilled
Pomegranate seeds and fresh orange peel, to garnish
Add the gin and syrup to a mixing glass with ice and give it a quick stir to chill. Strain into a flute or champagne saucer and top with the chilled Bibite Polara Melograno mixer. Garnish and serve.
