Craft Gin Club’s Blueberry Crumble is our September 2022 Cocktail of the Month and it is an extravaganza of beautiful blueberry flavours!
Created by Craft Gin Club’s master mixologist, Maria Vieira, this stunning Stillgarden cocktail mixes Stillgarden Social Gin with Soda Folk Blueberry Muffin Soda and our bespoke Blueberry Crumble cocktail syrup.
The Blueberry Muffin Soda from Soda Folk is juicy, ripe and with just enough sharpness which makes it the perfect partner to the herb, floral and citrus tones of the gin.
The Blueberry Crumble cocktail syrup then gives the cocktail added dimensions with its complex berry tones.

50ml Stillgarden Social Gin
25ml Blueberry Crumble Cocktail Syrup
100ml Soda Folk Blueberry Muffin Soda
Blueberries and sprig of thyme, to garnish
Add all your ingredients to a highball glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish and enjoy.
