Salcombe Gin 'Start Point' - The Azores Edition has a wonderfully complex flavour profile that combines warm, inviting orange flavours with floral touches of chamomile and herbaceous hints of bay and lime leaf.

That richly layered flavour profile calls for a tonic water that is light, crisp, and balanced to perfection. Marlish English Tonic Water more than fits the bill.

This masterfully-made tonic water comes from Morpeth in Northumberland and is made using startlingly pure local spring water. It's then delicately flavoured with only the finest quinine and hints of citrus and rose that complement Salcombe Gin 'Start Point' - The Azores Edition brilliantly.

Lemon slices then elevate each sip with their fragrant, zesty citrus tones.

Combining all three of these ingredients, which are available in Craft Gin Club's May 2024 Gin of the Month box, you are left with a G&T that is citrusy, floral and herbaceous in all of the right places.

200ml Marlish English Tonic Water
Lemon garnish
