Our February 2021 Perfect G&T is the perfect expression of South Australia’s elegant Barossa Valley, the home of our divine February 2021 Gin of the Month, Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin.
The floral and herbaceous aromas of Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin work so well with the beautiful, sun-kissed citrus flavours of Artisan Drink’s Amalfi Lime Tonic, which our lucky members are the very first people to try. It’s then finished with a garnish of lime slices and cranberries, which offer a bright medley of fragrant lime and sweet and tart cranberry notes.

50ml Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin
200ml Artisan Drinks’ Amalfi Lime Tonic
Lime and cranberry, to garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Add your gin, top up with the tonic and garnish to serve.
