Craft Gin Club’s February 2021 Gin of the Month box
Our February 2021 Gin of the Month:
Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin
A stunning craft gin from Australia’s vibrant, vineyard-strewn Barossa Valley, this award-winning gin has a base spirit made from grapes and is distilled with local botanicals so that each sip will transport you to its beautiful home Down Under.
Specifically distilled to appeal to gin lovers and non-gin lover alike, this gin has a balance of juniper and citrus notes on the nose. They are met by floral and herbaceous hints of chamomile, lavender, elderflower and borage on the palate. A mouthwatering sweetness from blue cornflower and orange then come through and linger wonderfully on the finish.

Artisan Drinks’ Amalfi Lime Tonic
Craft Gin Club members are the very first people to try this brand new mixer from Artisan Drinks, the incredible craft drinks brand that applies artisanal craftsmanship to every aspect of what they do. Founded when an entrepreneur, a bartender and artist met in a bar (no, this is not a set up for a joke!), they make some seriously delicious beverages.
Their new Amalfi Lime Tonic captures all of those delightful, sun-kissed citrus flavours that we associate with the Amalfi coast. We can’t get enough, especially as it goes so marvellously well with craft gin, as you will find out when you try it with our Gin of the Month in our February 2021 Perfect G&T (see below).

Our February 2021 Perfect G&T
Combing the complex mix of juniper, citrus, herb and floral notes of Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin with the bright, zesty flavours of Artisan’s Amalfi Lime Tonic, our February 2021 Perfect G&T is a beautiful way to enjoy the second month of the year. Finished with a garnish of lime slices and cranberries, there’s no better way to treat yourself and your favourite gin pals.
Willie’s Cacao
Ginger & Lime or Luscious Orange
Can it be February, the month of Valentine’s Day, without chocolate? We don’t think so. That’s why we just had to include Willie’s Cacao in our February 2021 Gin of the Month box. Each of their scrumptious chocolates comes from their “bean to bar” chocolate factory, the first of its kind in Britain, using the world’s finest single estate cacao beans and 100% natural ingredients.
In this month’s box, our members will find either Willie’s Cacao Luscious Orange dark chocolate, which is rich and smooth and full of gorgeous orange and chocolate flavours or Willie’s Cacao Ginger & Lime, which is an utterly unique dark chocolate bar that has a warm, spicy hint of ginger and a zesty hit of lip-smacking lime. Both are completely divine, especially when enjoyed with a gin cocktail or two.

Frobisher’s Cranberry
Founded in England’s beautiful West Country, near Bristol, and named after the famed explore Martin Frobisher, Frobisher’s create delicious premium fruit juices made from the best fruits from around the world. Juices that never fail to pair wonderfully with gin!
Their cranberry juice is no exception. Having travelled from Notre Dame de Lourdes and Villeroy in Quebec, Canada, their cranberries have taken the same route sailed by Martin Frobisher himself. The cranberries used are from the luscious autumn crop that never fails to produce incredible flavour. This mouth-watering juice is amazing in our Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club’s Cosmopoli-gin (see below).

Nuts For… Rocky Road Riot
Nuts For… is here to blast away the blandness with their remarkable flavours. They are blazing the trail for tastier treats, giving us delectable, healthier snacks that are full of unique flavour combinations. They are funky and nuts and we can’t get enough!
Their Rocky Road Riot is a fabulous mix of chocolate-coated biscuits, golden raisins, marshmallows, hazelnuts and peanuts. They are yummy, especially as your sipping away at a gin drink.

Soda Folk Grape
A returning member-favourite, Soda Folk, is a soft drinks brand that delivers authentic tastes that nostalgically transport people to good times and the best memories. They celebrate Good Folk and their Good Deeds (folk that you can find pictured on each of their cans) and every can of Soda Folk that is purchased is contributing to good deeds that help others to do more.
Soda Folk’s Cherry soda was sent to members in our June 2020 Gin of the Month box. The delicious flavour of this high-quality mixer tells the story of Tracy Ducharme, who saved a herd of Llamas from near-certain death and has become a firm favourite cocktail ingredient here at the club.
That’s why we can’t wait for our members to try Soda Folk Grape in this month’s box. Not only is it bursting with fantastic grape flavours, it’s made from 100% natural ingredients, gluten-free and vegan friendly.

Cheesies Cheddar
Here at Craft Gin Club HQ, we love a crunchy, cheesy, savoury snack and few come crunchier and cheesier than Cheesies. Their crunchy popped cheese bites are 100% cheese (that’s right, they are made with only one fabulous ingredient), carb-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, high in protein and absolutely delicious!
Our lucky members can find Chessies Cheddar in this month’s box, they are delectably salty and brimming with the punchy cheddar flavours we love. We can’t wait for our members to give these a try with their favourite G&T, they are a gorgeous snack to nibble as you sip.

Cosmopoli-gin cocktail syrup and lime & cranberry garnishes
Our lucky members love to receive a new bespoke cocktail syrup and specially selected garnishes in every one of their Gin of the Month boxes. They are key ingredients to our monthly Perfect G&T and our Cocktail of the Month.
In this month’s box, members can find dried lime slices and cranberries in their February 2021 garnish bag. The lime adds fragrant citrus notes to this month’s Perfect G&T, while the cranberries add to the tipple a delicious mix of sweet and tart berry flavours.
So that they can create our February 2021 Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club’s Cosmopoli-gin, our members can find the sweet, citrusy and tart delight that is our Cosmopoli-gin cocktail syrup in their February 2021 Gin of the Month box.

Created by our gin-credible Master Mixologist, Maria Vieira, this fantastic cocktail is a ginny twist on the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail, which is traditionally made with vodka.
Mixing Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin with Frobisher’s stunning cranberry juice and our bespoke Cosmopoli-gin cocktail syrup, this remarkable cocktail is sweet and citrusy and tart in all the right places. You need to give it a try this February - it’s perfect for whipping up on Valentine’s Day for your favourite gin pal!
