Cocktail: St Clement's Martini

Happy hour has relocated, to your couch. With a bit of Six Bells Gin, some lemon juice and orange liqueur, you can treat yourself to this citrus-y martini.
St Clement’s Martini
50ml Six Bells Gin
25ml lemon juice
15ml orange liqueur
10ml simple syrup
Sugar or a sprig of rosemary, to garnish
Pack a cocktail shaker with ice and add your ingredients. Shake hard and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with a spring of rosemary and serve or, if you like a sweet treat, line the rim of your coupe with sugar.
