These lucky gin cocktails are just what you need for St Patrick's day

From kissing the Blarney Stone to searching for that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, St Patrick's Day has many traditions to honour. But if you can't get to the emerald isle, we will bring it to you with these beauties! 

Shamrock Juice

Shamrock Juice Gin Cocktail

Method: 

Fill a hurricane or parfait glass with ice. Pour in the liquors and top off with the orange juice. Garnish with an orange wheel and cherries.

 

Ingredients:

1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounces white tequila
1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce Blue Curacao
4 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice


Irish Shillelagh

Irish Shillelagh gin cocktail

Method:

Fill up the glass with ice. Fill up the shaker with ice pour lemon juice, sugar syrup, peach schnapps, white rum, Sloe gin & irish whiskey into the shaker and shake well. Strain into the old fashioned glass and garnish with cocktail cherry

Ingredients:

1½ parts irish whiskey
½ parts Sloe gin
1 tsp white rum
1 tsp peach schnapps
1 tsp sugar syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp gold rum
1 tsp dark rum
ice cubes


Lucky Green

Lucky green gin cocktail

Method:

Muddle the cucumber and the gin together, pour into a shaker with the rest of the ingredients and a scoop of ice and shake it hard. Strain into a coupe glass.



 

Ingredients:

30ml Hendrick's gin
20ml Midori
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lime juice
10ml egg white

4 chunks of muddled cucumber

Build over ice and stir and garnish with Lemon wedge

Ingredients:

25ml Gin
15ml Midori
Top with tonic water
