For a spirit as special as the Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin that featured in June's Gin of the Month box, we needed to mix up a cocktail that would bring out the best in this beauty. This twist on the Martini is sure to hit your sweet spot!
Buzzini
75ml Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin
15ml Vermouth
Dash of orange bitters (optional)
Orange twist, to garnish
Method
Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for at least 15 seconds. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with orange peel.
