Our November 2020 Gin of the Month, Pienaar & Son Orient Gin, is a stunning of expression of Cape Town, the incredible South African city that it calls home. Full of bold and vibrant tangerine orange and warm spice flavours, it’s an ideal match for the quinine-rich and delectably aromatic tones of Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic. Garnished with fragrant lemon slices and cardamom pods, these beautiful ingredients combine to make one truly remarkable G&T.

50ml Pienaar & Son Orient Gin
200ml Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic
Lemon and cardamom, to garnish
Fill a glass with ice and add your gin. Top up with tonic, stir gently and garnish to serve.
