Tiptree Farm Honey, as featured in our April ‘19 Gin of the Month box, was the star flavour of our Cocktail of the Month, the Bumblebee. But it’s not just honey that gets produced on Tiptree Farm and here we’re showcasing another of the farm’s wonderful crops: rhubarb!
TIPTREE RHUBARB GIN & TONIC
The Tiptree team start getting busy every April picking rhubarb to transform into jams and gin liqueurs. Try this refreshing spring tipple: a G&T featuring a tart, fruity twist courtesy of Tiptree Farm’s April rhubarb. Bottoms up!
Ingredients:
50ml gin or 50ml Tiptree Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
1 bar spoon Tiptree Rhubarb With Ginger Jam (not required if using Rhubarb Gin Liqueur)
Tonic, to top up
Method:
Add gin or liqueur to a glass and stir in the jam, if using. Pack the glass with ice and top up with tonic. Enjoy!
