Mango Crush

Most tropical flavours, especially mango and pineapple, work well with Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin.

— Jamie Koh, founder of Brass Lion Distillery

The uniquely Singaporean floral, citrus and spice tones of Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin are the perfect complement to the fragrant, zesty mango and tangy lemongrass in this cocktail. The lemon juice then gives everything a citrusy kiss of sunshine that never fails to make us smile.

60ml Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin
45g mango, plus extra to garnish
15ml lemongrass syrup
15ml lemon juice
Handful of mint leaves

To make lemongrass syrup: combine 200ml simple syrup with a thinly sliced stalk of lemongrass and place the mixture over medium heat for two to three minutes. Strain into a clean container. The syrup will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Combine all the ingredients with ice in a blender. Blend together, then pour into a highball glass or mason jar and garnish if you so wish.
