The Simple Guide to Making an Espresso Gin Martini

In January 2019, we were transported to South America with La República Amazónica Gin, from Bolivia, as our Gin of the Month. Apart from gin, South America of course also produces amazing coffee; we collaborated with Pact Coffee to create a tasty ginny take on an Espresso Martini using their Fruit and Nut Espresso, which combines beans grown in Brazil and Colombia.

Here’s how to make the Espresso Gin Martini, as beloved by Pact’s Head of Coffee.

Espresso Gin Martini

30ml La República Amazónica Gin
20g Pact Fruit and Nut Espresso, brewed into 30ml of liquid
12ml coffee liqueur
Coffee beans, to garnish

Pack a cocktail shaker with ice and add your ingredients. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds and strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with coffee beans and enjoy!
