Method:

Combine your ingredients in a cocktail shaker packed with ice.
Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe and top up with another dash of Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower & Rose Pressé.
Garnish with orange zest or an edible flower.

25ml gin
25ml orange curacao
50ml Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Pressé
25ml lemon
5ml sugar syrup,
Dash of Absinthe, to taste
Orange zest or an edible flower, to garnish
