Inspired by the coconut-rich cuisine of Goa, home of our September 2020 Gin of the Month, Stranger & Sons Gin, we’re bringing back our most popular Cocktail of the Month of all time: the Gin-A-Colada!
We’ve reimagined this classic to make it more delicious than ever. The Indian citrus and fragrant spice of Stranger & Sons Gin work wonderfully with the bright, fruity punch of Martin Frobisher’s Pineapple Juice. The cocktail syrup then gives this cocktail a sweet and creamy tropical touch as nothing else can. Delicious!

Craft Gin Club’s Gin-a-Colada
50ml Stranger & Sons Gin
25ml Gin-A-Colada Cocktail Syrup
75ml Martin Frobisher’s Pineapple Juice
Lime wedge or fresh pineapple, to garnish
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your liquid ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice; alternatively, you can add your liquid ingredients straight to the glass and stir to combine – the only difference will be a delightful layer of foam that shaking creates. Garnish and serve.
