Put some gin in your jam!

Our member’s have been enjoying January’s Gin of the Month in a number of new and interesting ways, with this gorgeous concoction being no exception!

With floral notes of hibiscus and and tart undertones of lemon juice, we think the Gin Jam compliments Le Republique gin wonderfully! Topped up with soda, we like to serve this ruby cocktail in a large copa for maximum visual and flavour impact!

Gin Jam

Method:

Combine all of your ingredients except the soda in a shaker, then add ice. Shake and strain into a chilled balloon glass, then top up with soda water. Garnish with a hibiscus flower or two.

Ingredients:

45ml La República Amazónica Gin
45ml hibiscus flower syrup
30ml simple syrup
15ml lemon juice
Soda water, to top up
Hibiscus flowers, to garnish
