Each month we send our wonderful members everything they need to create the perfect cocktail of the month, designed specifically with that month’s Gin of the Month in mind! October’s cocktail of the month celebrates the true origin story of our favourite spirit and is filled with all the flavours of Autumn!
William of Orange
Ingredients:
50ml Gin 1689
25ml 3/4 Oz Ginger Syrup
1 Tsp Tiptree Tawny Marmalade
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange wheel to garnish
Method:
Combine all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and stir in the marmalade until it has dissolved. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
