What better choice of tipple to toast with on Mother’s Day than the drink popularly known as Mother’s Ruin! Take inspiration from Thai traditions, and whip up The Jasmine, an aromatic cocktail or the Queen Mother cocktail, beloved by the Queen Mother and also a favourite of Queen Elizabeth II.
Add the gin, Cointreau, Campari and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker packed with ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish and serve.
