By replacing sugar with honey in their flavourful tonic waters Buzbee’s have found that perfect balance between low-calorie in-take and maximum deliciousness!

We sent both their Botanical Tonic Water and their Passion Fruit Tonic Water in our March 2020 Gin of the Month box and have been so inspired to keep up their low-calorie trend. So we wanted to share with you these three bee-utiful low-calorie gin drinks!

The Classic G&T with Cucumber Garnish

Cucumber is the ultimate low-calorie way to add a fresh bouquet to your gin and tonic. It works so well with Buzbee’s Botanical Tonic Water!

Ingredients

50ml gin (Ludlow Elderflower, Chamomile and Lemon Verbena works exceptionally well here, those floral notes play wonderfully with the fresh cucumber)

cucumber, to garnish (slices or ribbens work just as well)

Method

Add the gin then the tonic to your glass full of ice before garnishing with the cucumber. Enjoy!
