Craft Gin Club members were treated to three Peter Spanton tonics this month so we thought it was only fair to create two perfect serves for Wessex Alfred the Great Gin!
Wessex Alfred the Great Gin perfect G&T, with Peter Spanton Cardamom Tonic
Ingredients:
50ml Wessex Alfred the Great Gin
150ml Peter Spanton Cardamom Tonic
Orange wedge and cinnamon stick to garnish
Method:
Fill a copa glass with ice. Add the gin and top up with the tonic. Stir and garnish with orange and a cinnamon stick.
